Ruby on Lovi: “When I looked at her and I talked to her, I always imagine my daughter”
GMA Telebabad will be a lot more exciting with the newest rom-com series premiering a day after Valentine's Day, Owe My Love.
GMA-7 assembled only the best in the world of drama and comedy to be part of this primetime series. Owe My Love stars Kapuso primetime actress Lovi Poe as Pacencia “Sensen” Guipit and Benjamin Alves as the hottie doctor Dr. Miguel “Migs” Alcancia.
In an exclusive interview with 24 Oras, Nova Villa and Dabarkad Ruby Rodriguez talked about this latest project that will soon spread kilig vibes on primetime.
Highly-accomplished comedienne Nova Villa, who plays Mema Eps, said that their rom-com series will showcase different love teams that will surely get viewers hooked.

Long-time Eat Bulaga host Ruby Rodriguez and Pekto, were cast to play the husband and wife tandem of Nanay Coring and Tatay Oryo, respectively.
Ruby told 24 Oras, “Tsaka maraming love team dito, mag-sawa sila sa love team.
“Paano naman sa amin siyemore 'yung kay Pekto, di ba! Mero'n din”

Netizens also got the chance to see a different side of Nova Villa, since the veteran star got featured numerous times in funny TikTok videos of Owe My Love cast members.
The Pepito Manaloto actress said that she enjoyed doing those TikTok videos with her co-actors in the series.
“Ang lalambot ng katawan, parang sawa, wala naman ganyan nung panahon namin, wala naman kaming TikTok, kahit TokTik wala [smiles], Nova said.
She added, “Nakaka-enjoy itong mga bagets-bagets na 'to 'pag nagsasayaw sila, sila-sila lang parang na-iinggit ako, sabi ko ' sarap naman isayaw 'yan'.”
Meanwhile, Dabarkad Ruby lauded the lead star Lovi Poe, who plays her daughter on Owe My Love, for being an incredible actress.
Ruby recalled her scenes with Lovi saying, “When I looked at her and I talked to her, I always imagine my daughter. Maski hindi naman dapat umiyak sa scene, alam mo 'yun. You are just thankful of what she did, 'pag naghawakan kami ng kamay, pati siya 'pag hawak ng kamay ko mamaya lulumuluha na kami pareho.
