Former 'Eat Bulaga' host Ruby Rodriguez shared on Instagram some photos of her winning moment as she received a trophy from Gawad Amerika Foundation.

Actress and Host Ruby Rodriguez is proud of her recent achievement as she was recognized by the Gawad Amerika Foundation for her talent and dedication in promoting Filipino heritage.

In an Instagram post, the former Eat Bulaga host shared some photos of her holding a trophy at the awarding ceremony given by the non-profit body based in the United States.

"I'm honored and my heart is filled with the recognition and honor you have given me Gawad Amerika" she wrote in the caption.

Ruby also thanked her Eat Bulaga family and former colleagues in GMA Network for their love and support they offered to the actress.

"Maraming Salamat po for my @eatbulaga1979 family specially TVJ @helenstito @mzet28 @angpoetnyo and bff @pauleenlunasotto, Owe my Love family @gmanetwork @gmanews Dabarkads my new Family PCGENLA," she added.

In the comments section of her IG post, some of her celebrity friends congratulated her including her "BFF" Pauleen Luna-Sotto, Maxene Magalona, Paolo Ballesteros, Amy Perez, Ryzza Mae Dizon, MJ Lastimosa, Jelai Andres, and First Lady actor Gabby Concepcion.

Before leaving the country to emigrate to the U.S., Ruby was seen in the recently concluded GMA Primetime series Owe My Love and in the Philippines's leading noon time show Eat Bulaga.
