Rufa Mae Quinto answered a follower if she and her husband, Trevor Magallanes, are still together amid the latter's absence during their daughter Athena's seventh birthday celebration.
Rufa Mae Quinto threw a grand birthday party for her daughter, Alexandria Athena, as she turned seven last February.

On her Instagram account last February 24, the sexy comedienne shared snaps from her mini me's Kuromi-themed birthday celebration at Crowne Plaza Foster City in San Francisco, California.
Photography service Nice Print Photo shared official photos from the occasion. The event was adorned with pink, purple, and black flowers and balloons patterned after the My Melody character.
Athena wore two outfits during her birthday party. She looked like a princess in her white tulle dress by Edwin Tan, and changed her attire to a sequined halter dress. Meanwhile, proud mom Rufa looked pretty in her long sleeve pink getup.
However, Rufa Mae's relationship with her husband, Trevor Magallanes, was intrigued by breakup rumors after the latter was seemingly absent during their daughter's birthday celebration as he was not seen in the pictures.
In a recent reply to a comment in a previous post, Rufa Mae answered "Yes" when asked if she and Trevor are still together.
The said post was uploaded on December 28, 2023 where Rufa shared her Christmas celebration with Athena at school and at home.
Rufa Mae married Trevor, a Filipino-American, on November 25, 2016, at the Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan in Manila.
They welcomed their daughter in February 2017.
