Kapuso comedian Rufa Mae Quinto recently shared another fun moment on social media with her adorable daughter, Athena.
On her Instagram, Rufa posted a reel featuring Athena and her growing collection of the trending toy accessory, Labubu. After celebrating the start of meeting their new toy friends yesterday (October 19), Rufa experienced something amusing with her daughter.
The video kicks off by showcasing their expanding collection of Labubu dolls in various colors and designs. Fans were pleasantly surprised when Athena revealed a sealed box containing a brand-new Labubu, excitedly declaring it was another addition to their collection.
As the video progressed, Athena announced her plan to sell some of her dolls, speaking like a seasoned online seller while mentioning the names of her friends who were interested in buying them.
Rufa added humor to the moment by sitting silently and observing, occasionally offering supportive remarks like, "You can sell it."
In the caption, Rufa reflected on how Labubu has positively impacted their lives and expressed Athena's love for the collection. She began with a cheerful greeting, "Hello labubu fever with my labuboo anak - mommy La booba. Inlababu! Good morning and good day! Goo[d] good good feelings."
She continued, "Refreshing, refreshed naka-rest kami dahil sa Labubu. Busy kami, madami kaming plans para sa kanıla, baby n'ya at collection sila , gusto pang gawing business.
Rufa also noted how Labubu has boosted Athena's confidence in front of the camera. Since they started collecting, "Ngayon lang nagpakita, video or photo anak ko. Kaya gusto na mamigay, mag vlog, mag-give away, sell daw s'ya sa friends sa USA! Siya na din daw mag-deliver sa America …todo na to! Cutesie!"
