Running Man Philippines is all set for its glorious comeback next month and it will be a “K-tastic” event!
The talented Pinoy Runners namely Mikael Daez, Glaiza De Castro, Miguel Tanfelix, Lexi Gonzales, Buboy Villar, Kokoy De Santos, and Angel Guardian will take everyone on a winter wonderland adventure in season two.
What's more, the high-rating reality game show, a collaboration between GMA Network and SBS Korea will feature some of the biggest names in the Korean entertainment scene.
In the episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda this Wednesday afternoon (April 24), the full trailer of Running Man Philippines was finally unveiled which further heightened the excitement of many audiences.
Angel told Boy Abunda that meeting the OG runner Haha was a “surreal” moment for all of them.
“Kay Haha talaga kasi po pinapangarap lang naming Runners na mag-guest sa amin 'yung mga OG Runners," said Angel.
She added, “So nung nakita namin si Haha, talagang suryal po talaga. Hindi namin talaga ine-expect na, 'Wow, finally! Nakasama namin ito, kahit isa lang sa kanila si Haha.'”
The versatile actor, Mikael Daez, revealed that many of their guests were a complete surprise to him and his team. “In fairness sa lahat ng mga guest, halos lahat sila surprise sa amin. So, talagang nagulat talaga kami, may gulat factor pagdating nila.”
But one of the special moments for the Runners was when they found out that Ruru Madrid flew to South Korea to join them. It was already announced that the Kapuso Primetime Action Hero will have a special participation in this season.
Kokoy De Santos recalled on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda what was going through his head seeing their good friend.
“Pero iba 'yung pagdating ni Ruru, iba talaga. Parang ang saya-saya lang, ito 'yung kumpleto, kumpleto kami. Lahat [na-]surprise kami, pero 'yung kay Ruru parang iba 'yung feeling," Kokoy shared.
