Congratulations to our multi-talented and hardworking cast members of 'Running Man Philippines!'
It was a performance that they will treasure forever.
This is how the Running Man PH cast members described the opportunity of being the opening act for the Running Man Korea's grand 'Run2U in Manila' event on July 6 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
In his interview with 24 Oras Weekend, Mikael Daez thanked the fans for their incredible energy during their opening performance.
“Shout out dun sa fans ng Running Man OG, 'yung mga Pinoy fans kasi napaka-engaged nila, grabe 'yung energy. Na-appreciate namin 'yun.” the Kapuso actor-host said.
The seven Pinoy Runners also were able to interact with the OG Runners Yu Jae Seok, Kim Jong Kook, Jee Seok Jin, Song Ji Hyo, Yang Se Chan, and HAHA.
This historic collaboration and the participation of the Running Man Philippines cast members would not have been possible without the help of GMA Network, SBS, and Pulp.

Meeting and working with HAHA
Meanwhile, the episode featuring HAHA finally aired last night July 7, wherein the Koren rapper and comedian participated in the 'agawan ng korona' mission, wherein he teamed up with Buboy.
Glaiza De Castro recalled the experience of meeting HAHA during their shooting in South Korea. She wrote on Instagram, “Ang suryal paring balikan ng moment na 'to! Yung pinapanood mo lang sila sa Running Man tapos napapasaya ka nila sa pagiging sila, nakakawala talaga ng lumbay.
Boss G continued, “Meeting one of their original members, @quanhaha79 na bukod sa wit at talent (fave ko talaga solo stage niya sa con) ay napaka down to earth rin, was one for the books.
“Sorry naman sa mugto kong mata dito, di ko kasi talaga in expect na makakasama namin siya in person.
“Kung ano ang naging reaction namin pagka kita sa kanya, panoorin niyo nalang sa episode mamaya.”
Miguel Tanfelix on performing at MOA Arena
Sparkle actor Miguel Tanfelix was feeling a bit emotional as he looked back at their 'Run2U in Manila' performance. He also made a promise to himself that he would like to return to the Mall of Asia Arena again to perform in front of a big crowd.
The home-grown Kapuso artists stated, “First time performing in front of a crowd this huge. SURREAL! Had the best time performing at the RUN 2 U concert with my co runners. And of course, meeting the cast of Running Man Korea was 🔥The experience inspired me more to dream even higher. "One day" makakapag perform ulit ako dito and malay nyo di na lang front act, concert ko na. concert?! Libre lang mangarap guys kaya dalas dalasan nyo nya.”
