Ruru Madrid was not able to attend the GMA Thanksgiving Gala as he is still in South Korea taping for Running Man Philippines.
Kapuso actor and Lolong star Ruru Madrid missed out on the much-awaited GMA Thanksgiving Gala which was held on July 30 at the Shangri-La The Fort.
Ruru is still in South Korea to tape for Running Man Philippines along with Mikael Daez, Glaiza de Castro, Buboy Villar, Kokoy de Santos, Lexi Gonzales and Angel Guardian.

Ruru expressed regret about not being able to attend the event which would have reunited him with friends and fellow Kapuso stars who he has not seen in a while.
"Sadly, I won't make it tonight... but my heart is truly where the gala is. ," he wrote on Instagram and shared portraits of him looking dapper in a black outfit and sporting finger waves in his hair.
The photos are from a shoot he did with photographer Dookie Ducay where he was dressed by longtime stylist David Milan. His hair was done by Mycke Arcano while his makeup was done by Thazzia Falek.
