Yohan, the panganay of Ryan Agoncillo and Judy Ann Santos, won seven events in the Bert Lozada Take Your Mark Swim School Novice Swim Meet 2016 held in the Philippine Columbian Association.
 
She bagged gold for four events – 25m freestyle (11 years old), 100m IM relay stairstep, 100m freestyle relay stairstep and 100m freestyle open. She also brought home the bronze for 25m butterfly (11 years old) and 25m backstroke (11 years old).
