The most daring and groundbreaking television series will surprise its viewers once more as Eat Bulaga host Ryan Agoncillo makes a special guest appearance on the final week of My Husband’s Lover. What role will he play and how will this make an impact on the lives of Lally, Vincent and Eric?

In an interview with Unang Hirit, the Dabarkads host briefly described his role and said, “Without giving away too much, ang role ko dito, nasa bandang dulo na. Huwag kayong kukurap. Baka hindi niyo ako makita! Maigsi lang naman, pero medyo maganda.”

How did Ryan react when he was offered to do the role?

He shared, “Nung sinabi nila na may chance ako na maging parte at makahabol pa sa final week ng My Husband’s Lover, na-excite ako. I didn’t ask anymore kung anong role muna. Umoo na ako agad. Medyo buhol-buhol ang schedule ko at inayos para lang makasipot sa taping.”

He added, “’Nung naghahanda na ako para pumunta sa taping, doon ko nalaman kung anong role. Mas lalo akong natuwa. Mas lalong naging bonus.”

How did his wife, actress Judy Ann Santos react when she found out about Ryan’s special participation in My Husband’s Lover?

He answered, “Ang una niyang nasabi, uy makakapagpasikat ka na. Mailalabas mo na ang totoo mo, darling! (laughs) She was happy. I mean, I played a transvestite before, and it was not an issue. It was fun, actually.”

More projects in the Kapuso network are said to be lined up for Ryan. What did he have to say about this?

“Madaming mga plano and sooner or later, mapapanood niyo rin kung ano ‘yung mga sinasabi kong iyon, pero ayokong pangunahan,” stated Ryan.
