Saab Magalona believes that vlogging is intimidating and requires hard work. In her latest video, the celebrity mom explains why she finally started to create vlogs with her family.

Saab Magalona has finally entered the world of vlogging.

In her latest video she explained what made her decide to be a celebrity vlogger.

She said, “I've been in the internet world, interwebs, for a very long time but I've been flirting with vlogging over the years. But I've never been committed to it. I've never been consistent.”

According to Saab she finds it daunting as YouTube is already filled with good content.

“I think it's intimidating. There's a lot of good content out there and I felt like why would I throw myself into the mix? It's not my platform, I don't think so.”

She also acknowledged the hard work that goes into producing these videos.

“It seemed like a lot of work; A lot of hard work. Kasi nakikita mo there are people carrying a lot of equipment, a lot of equipment. I can't. I don't even bring a bag with me when I go out. I like my hands free.”

Saab and her husband Jim Bacarro agreed that these vlogs would be a way to preserve their memories with their kids Pancho and Vito.

“I keep running out of space on my phone and on my camera. Jim and I both decided we don't want our memories to just die in our hard drives. We want these memories to be preserved in videos that are easy to consume.”

She added, “I want to revisit these videos and then see what I can make from it, what stories I can tell. I just want to share them to my future self who I have in mind for these videos.”

For Saab, this is also considered one of her ways to connect to their families and friends during quarantine.

“I want to make it clear; this pandemic has made us have a long distance relationship with our families and our friends. So these are like scrapbooks and postcards to our loved ones and also, to our supporters those who love our family.

Saab confessed that it will be difficult for her but she assures there will be vlogs uploaded in the future.

“Though it is very hard for someone like me who has struggled with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), I'll fight through it because I want to make this happen."
