Love Wins: Samantha Lo is now married to longtime partner, Jannica Rubin!
Another couple proves that love always wins as former beauty queen Samantha Lo ties the knot with her longtime partner Jannica Rubin.
In an Instagram post, the newlyweds shared the joyful news through a heartfelt Reel documenting their love story.
The video featured sweet moments from their relationship, including their intimate proposal surrounded by their beloved fur babies.
Fast forward, Samantha and Jannica had officially said “I do” in the United States.
"You are the love of my life, and now I finally get to call you my wife," Jannica wrote in the caption.
"Thank you for choosing me through every mistake I've made, every challenge that tested us, and every moment of doubt life threw our way. Thank you for growing with me, not just in the easy seasons but in the messy, exhausting, imperfect ones too. Your patience hasn't just held us together—it's shaped me. Your trust hasn't just supported me—it's taught me how to love better, listen better, and show up better."
Jannica also reflected on their nine-year relationship, thanking Samantha for her strength and unwavering love.
"Here's to the life we get to build hand in hand. Here's to the days that will challenge us, the days that will feel effortless, and every ordinary moment in between. Here's to a lifetime of happiness, to choosing each other over and over again, and to growing old with the person who has always been my best friend, my safe place, and my greatest joy."
Samantha also shared her own announcement on social media, officially celebrating the new chapter in their lives.
The former beauty queen thanked everyone for their love and support, something she described as a powerful inspiration for their relationship. She also revealed that they chose to keep their marriage private for a while for personal reasons.
Her video continued with a touching message for Jannica, expressing how happy she's to be with her and how she still falls in love every day as if it were the first time they met.
In January 2023, the couple publicly hard-launched their relationship with Samantha's birthday message for “little pea” Jannica.
