SB19 leader Pablo took fans on a quiet yet powerful journey of self-discovery in his latest vlog titled “Migraine.”
Set against Japan's serene winter landscape, the video offers more than scenic travel footage; it unfolds as a meditation on resilience, purpose, and the beauty of trying new things despite uncertainty.
In the vlog, Pablo explores the countryside, experiences a private traditional onsen for the first time, and even tries snowboarding all while navigating a foreign country alone and dealing with a migraine episode. Still, he chooses to push through, finding meaning in the discomfort and solitude.
“Medyo mahal nga, pero ayos lang. At least, na-experience ko naman. Wala akong masabi. Ang ganda nito. Ang ganda, di ba? Sa tingin ko, malambot din yung kama. Grabe!
Through his candid storytelling, Pablo reflects on how breaking routines and embracing unfamiliar experiences can reveal deeper truths about oneself. He admits that he tends to stick to the same habits and places, but recognizes the importance of stepping out of his comfort zone.
Beyond travel, “Migraine” touches on vulnerability and growth. Pablo opens up about his tendency to avoid social interaction, yet acknowledges how his roles as a leader and executive require him to evolve and lead by example.
Kaya kailangan kong mag-level up.”
The artist also emphasizes that personal change doesn't need to happen all at once. For him, small, consistent steps, such as trying new food, can expand one's comfort zone and mindset.
Pablo's first onsen experience becomes a metaphor for seeking clarity and surrendering to the unknown.
Despite a painful migraine cutting his snowboarding short, he remained grateful for the experience, a reflection of his grounded outlook.
In between scenic landscapes and quiet reflections, Pablo leaves viewers with thought-provoking insights about self-discovery. He urges fans to look inward, to notice what activities bring genuine joy, what talents draw others' trust, and what passions make time feel meaningful.
By the end of the vlog, Pablo's message is clear. Purpose isn't found in perfection, but in the courage to try, fail, and try again. Through self-reflection, he shows that clarity often arrives in still moments when one finally stops searching and starts listening.
Pablo along with the rest of SB19 is currently on their Simula at Wakas world tour. The P-pop icons are also heading to Rome, Italy, on October 12 for the "Sama sa Roma 2025" festivities. “Sama sa Roma” serves as a global invitation for Filipinos to come together in celebrating their faith and embracing Filipino culture as part of the Jubilee Year festivities in Rome.
