Scarlett Johansson

Scarlett Johansson is a lucky fan as she's now part of Jurassic World!

The dinosaur fever continues to rise as the much-awaited Jurassic World: Rebirth will soon hit theaters worldwide!

Even the film's lead stars buzz with anticipation, especially Hollywood icon Scarlett Johansson. The actress may just be the most thrilled of them all as she's in fact a self-confessed Jurassic Park "nerd."

In an exclusive interview with Lyn Ching, Scarlett shared how surreal the experience has been for her. The actress' role in the upcoming movie was actually the result of her 15-year manifestation, dreaming to be part of the franchise since childhood.

"I called my husband Colin (Jost) and I was like, 'I'm in Jurassic!' because he knows how meaningful it was. He's still so excited," she said.

"Even if you feel kinda embarrassed to share your enthusiasm, you should because it resulted in a dream come true."

As a hardcore fan, Scarlett even shared how she slept in a Jurassic themed tent for over a year.

"I think my sister made me get rid of it after a year because this thing takes up the entire like whole bedroom," she laughed.

While her own kids haven't caught the dino fever just yet, Scarlett said she still bonds with her son through epic pillow forts.

Now that she's officially part of the Jurassic universe, she joked about trying to earn "cool mom" status.

"I'd like to be thought as the coolest mom. I have an 11-year-old daughter so she goes in between thinking I'm the coolest mom and also the most embarrassing mom," she joked.

Jurassic World: Rebirth takes place five years after the events of the Jurassic World trilogy. The story follows Zora Bennett (Scarlett Johansson) and Dr. Henry Loomis (Jonathan Bailey) as they pursue a groundbreaking medical discovery: a drug that could save countless lives.

But there's a catch. Their mission requires retrieving DNA from three of the most dangerous dinosaurs, once deemed too deadly for even the original park.

Jurassic World: Rebirth is set to premiere on July 2!
