Senator Koko Pimentel shared their family portrait with their "ray of sunshine."
Senator Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III shared his first family photo with newborn daughter, Helena, on his Facebook page today, May 19.
"Sharing our first family photo with our ray of sunshine, our baby daughter, Helena. Have a blessed day to all," he captioned the post.
Senator Koko's wife, Kathryna Yu-Pimentel, has given birth to their first child on March 29.
The couple recently made headlines when the senator accompanied his wife to a hospital despite being a patient under investigation then for COVID-19. It was later confirmed that he was positive for the coronavirus disease.
Kathryna defended her husband, saying he "never reached inside the delivery room."
