In a heartfelt tribute via Instagram, the senator shared this heartfelt message to the man that changed her life forever.
She posted, “Happy 79th birthday, Papa! We still miss you every single day. Years after, I am still amazed by the people's love for you. There can really only be one FPJ.”
Meanwhile, Lovi commented on the sweet post of her eldest sister by posting a heart emoji.
The highly-acclaimed action star suffered a stroke in December 2004, which caused his death at 65 years old.
