There's more to this actress than meets the eye! Here are seven things about Empress that will surprise you.

Aside from being a talented actress, there’s a lot more to Kapuso actress Empress Schuck. Here, we count down seven of the many reasons why the charmer has won our hearts.
1. She’s a papa’s girl
Who doesn’t love a girl who acknowledges that the most important man in her life is her dad? Empress not only spends a lot of time with her German dad, but she’s also a self-confessed papa’s girl.
She describes Mr. Hans Schuck as “the man who [would] never break my heart. The one who will love me truly and unconditionally.”
2. She loves adventure
She’s game for anything, whether the adventure is as small as ice skating in a nearby rink or as big as riding a giant swing.
3. She’s an animal-lover
This star loves dogs and horses, and is also amused with animals like the Palawan Bearcat and crocodiles.
4. She’s a handy girl
Some girls may ask their boyfriends or brothers to paint a room for them, but Empress does it herself! In fact, she’s the one who painted their theater room at home. Nice girly touch with the color choice, Empress!
5. She bakes
She can please the men too as she has a way to their stomach. Not only can she do the dirty work like painting walls, she can also get her hands dirty in the kitchen.
6. She has a bad case of wanderlust
Like many of us who can’t sit still where we are, Empress also loves traveling, seeing new places and experiencing different cultures. She’s seen a couple of our beautiful local spots in Bicol, Bacolod, Palawan, Baguio and Surigao. She’s also had adventures abroad in Thailand, Singapore and Nepal, among others.
7. She’s a proud Filipina
Empress may not be full Filipino but she definitely belongs! She has paraded in a sagala, shops in tiangges and loves boodle fights. There’s no doubt she’s, in every way, a Filipina.
