Rochelle Pangilinan was overwhelmed with happiness and emotion after their successful show in California.
SexBomb Girls leader Rochelle Pangilinan could not contain her emotions following her group's successful, sold-out show at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Northern California, which is part of their Get Get Aw! reunion concert world tour.
In her heartfelt Instagram post, Rochelle shared her joy and amazement at the warm reception they received from fellow Filipinos in California, noting that the overwhelming support and cheers of the crowd could already be heard right from their opening production number.
“Ang crowd ng THUNDER Valley. NORTH CALIFORNIA!!! Ibang klase kayooooo!!!” Rochelle wrote in the caption.
“Sa opening prod pa lang ibang klaseng hiyawan ang narinig namin,” she added.
The dancer-actress revealed that she broke down in tears on stage after witnessing the overwhelming reception from the Filipino-American community, who sang along perfectly to their iconic tracks.
“First time ko maiyak sa SexBomb singers hits, dahil nung una hindi ako makapaniwala na alam n'yo ang lyrics ng lahat ng kanta namin. Ang tanong ko sa sarili, 'Totoo ba 'to, kumakanta silang lahat?!'” Rochelle wrote.
Moved by the incredible energy in the room, Rochelle also described the moment she and her group mates completely gave in to their emotions: “Ayun, naiyak na lang kami sa sobrang init ng pagmamahal at pagtanggap nyo sa amin! The best crowd eveeeeeer!”
The Kapuso actress concluded her message by giving a special shoutout to the overseas fans who grew up watching and supporting the iconic girl group.
Overwhelmed by the immense success of their international run, she also offered a prayer of gratitude for reaching another major career milestone.
“Maraming salamat sa mga PINALAKI NG SEXBOMB sa NORTH CALIFORNIA!!!” Rochelle expressed.
“SOLD OUT SHOW ULIT!!! Grabe ka sa amin GOD!” she continued.
Beyond the triumph of Get Get Aw! rAWnd 6 and their world tour, fans are already buzzing with excitement for the group's highly anticipated arrival in Davao this June for their next major concert.
