Enganged couple and fellow Kapuso stars Shaira Diaz and EA Guzman recently went on a quick staycation together.

They traveled to Los Baños, Laguna to enjoy a hot spring in a private hot spring villa.

The trip was made even more special because the couple was able to bring Kookie, their beloved pet Pomeranian with them to the resort.

Shaira shared a few snaps of her and EA in the pool with Kookie on her Instagram account.

EA even reposted Shaira's post which shows the photos and videos showing Kookie standing on top of a floater in the pool flanked by his fur parents.

The slideshow also includes some photos of Kookie exploring different parts of the private villa, EA posing at the resort's balcony, and Shaira desperately trying to sing karaoke while preparing a meal.

Shaira and EA are set to hold their wedding ceremony this coming August in Silang, Cavite.

The couple has been engaged since 2021 and have been together for 12 years.

Shaira is part of the primetime action-drama series Lolong: Pangil ng Maynila which is top billed by primetime action hero Ruru Madrid.

She plays Elsie, childhood friend and partner of the titular Lolong. Her character Elsie finds herself with child after being assaulted but is unsure of the baby's paternity.

Is it Lolong's child or the spawn of the villainous Ivan, played by Martin del Rosario?
