Shaira Diaz steps into the spotlight in GMA Artist Center's 'In The Limelight.'
Shaira revealed one thing that not a lot of people know about her: that she considers herself to be "one of the boys."
"Simula bata ako, puro lalaki na 'yung mga kasama ko.
"Unang-una, sa family ko, only girl ako then 'yung mga cousins ko puro lalaki talaga sila lahat kaya ayon, 'yung mga nagiging barkada nila, nagiging barkada ko rin."
"Kaya nasabi ko na one of the boys ako.
"Nahilig din ako sa rough games 'nung bata ako tapos katulad ngayon, gamer ako, naglalaro ako ng DOTA, naglalaro ako ng ML (Mobile Legends), halos puro panlalaki na mga games pero ayun nga, 'yun ang dahilan kung bakit one of the boys ako," she said.
Aside from video games, Shaira counts basketball and volleyball as two of her favorite sports.
In terms of the actors she'd love to work with in the future, Shaira shared that Alden Richards places really high on her list.
According to her, "After ko siyang mapanood doon sa movie, sabi ko, 'Wow, grabe parang sobrang lalim niya.'
"Sobrang na-appreciate ko 'yung the way niya pahalagahan at mahalin 'yung craft niya."
Meanwhile, she also got to cross out Kapuso hunk Ruru Madrid off her list since she will be one of his leading ladies in the upcoming GMA Public Affairs series titled Lolong.
