Shamaine Buencamino took to Instagram to share how they celebrated the birthday of their daughter Julia who could have been 24 today.
Shamaine Buencamino took time to reflect as she remembered her daughter Julia on what could have been her 24th birthday.
On Instagram, the veteran actress shared how she and their family celebrated Julia's birthday today, December 5.
"My daughter Julia would have been 24 today. I can't help imagining how she would be if she reached this age. Strong-willed for sure," she wrote in the caption.
"We went to mass this morning and offered a 9-day mass for her soul. This lunch, her dad is cooking one of her favorite food - baked macaroni - a dish we used to have often but is now hardly cooked at home. This has become our way to make this day special."
In the end, Shamaine, who is part of the GMA Afternoon Prime series The Missing Husband, asked everyone to "say a little prayer" for Julia.
Julia passed away in 2015 at the age of 15. She had appeared in a pre-noontime series that starred Janella Salvador and her father Nonie Buencamino.
