Former Kapuso news anchor Rhea Santos is a happy fan as she got the chance to meet the Megastar Sharon Cuneta once again.

The former Unang Hirit host shared photos on Instagram with Sharon and Kapuso actor Gabby Concepcion, who were in Canada for their “Dear Heart The Concert Tour.”

Rhea recounted her “early Christmas story” of reuniting with the veteran singer-actress once again.

Rhea said she received a phone call last Friday saying that someone wanted to talk to her.

Rhea then said the phone was passed on to the voice that made her the happiest before she left the Philippines years ago.

“Being a Sharonian, I'm sure you can imagine the thrill, shrieks of excitement. I was taken to a place of bliss. Then THIS… You made sure I was there to see you again,” Rhea continued.

Rhea also expressed her gratitude for Sharon in the caption of her post.

“[T]hank you for always filling my cup when I needed it. “Are you happy here?” was your first question, making sure my family is okay. Thank you for being the caring ninang my son Uno needs,” she mused.

Rhea also penned a message of appreciation for Gabby.

“[Y]ou made my mom so happy when you took the time to dance with her during your show in Vancouver last year. You made her 70th birthday memorable,” she said.

The Megastar reposted the photos on her Instagram account and thanked Rhea for coming.

“Thank you, dearest Rhea, for coming last night. I had missed you and will surely miss you again! Stay happy and see you again soon! I love you!” Sharon said.

Rhea is known to be an avid fan of Sharon and was even surprised by the Megastar on Wish Ko Lang before she and her family migrated to Canada five years ago.
