Hours after KC Concepcion announced her grandmother's passing, singer Sharon Cuneta sent her message of condolences to the grieving family.
On Instagram, Gabby Concepcion's ex-wife said she will forever treasure the memories she's shared with the family.
She wrote, "Oh my gosh...I just got the sad news that KC's Mommyla passed away this morning. My deepest condolences to the Arellanos and the Concepcions.
"Rest in peace, dear Mommy Baby. Thank you for being good to me while I was part of your family, and for loving KC with all your heart.
"May you be happy in God's eternal embrace with Daddylo.
"Deepest Condolences to Kuya Dinky, Gabby, Juju, Mike, Rina and Ricky, and Sandy"
Gabby Concepcion's mother, Lourdes Arellano Concepcion, passed away on August 10 at the age of 79 years old.
She is related to Filipino painter and architect, Juan Marcos Arellano, who is best known for designing the Metropolitan Theater.
