Sharon Cuneta dedicated a song and a special birthday message for her eldest daughter KC Concepcion.
KC Concepcion has officially turned 38 years old and her mom, Sharon Cuneta, prepared a sweet birthday post on her special day.
Sharon dedicated the song "If I Could" by Regina Belle and shared the lyrics to express her love for KC.
