Watch for Shayne Sava in the new GMA Afternoon Prime series 'AraBella' starting on Monday.
Kapuso actress Shayne Sava candidly described her scenes in GMA Afternoon Prime's upcoming family-drama AraBella as "sobrang bardagulan."
In an interview with GMA media, Shayne revealed that it was challenging for her to play the role of Ara.
"Super fun kahit na sobrang bibigat nung mga eksena ko. Siyempre, this is a drama, 'tapos bida si Ara dit, 'tapos mostly lagi siyang naapi. So, very challenging din po siya, actually, kasi 'yung mga scenes dito was very extreme po siya, and sobrang bardagulan," she revealed.
She added, "Pero sobrang thrilling po kasi I get to experience po lahat ng madaming bagay po na mapapanood rin talaga sa 'AraBella.' Abangan niyo na lang po 'yan kung ano 'yung mga bagay na naranasan ko po."
Although it was challenging role, Shayne expressed her happiness that she got to experience that things that she wasn't experiecing in real life.
"Sobrang natutuwa rin naman po ako and na-excite po ako, siyempre, I don't get to experience po 'yun in a normal life, in a daily life. Sobrang fun po."
Aside from Althea Ablan, who portrays the role of Bella, Shayne also has intense scenes with Klea Pineda, who plays Gwen, the kontrabida in the life of Ara and Bella's mother, Roselle (Camille Prats).
Althea added that it was on their first taping day when they shot one of the most intense fights of the series.
"Actually, first taping pa lang namin, meron nang ganon, bardagulan talaga. As in, nagulat din ako na, 'Grabe naman 'yung ugali ni Bella, ganon agad talaga 'yung gagawin niya kay Ara,'" Althea excitedly shared.
"Ayoko mag-spoil, basta, siyempre, nandyan 'yung sabunutan, sampalan, malala 'yung tulakan, tulakan sa pool, sa kung ano man, ganun."
Joining Shayne and Althea in AraBella are Camille Prats, Wendell Ramos, Alfred Vargas, Klea Pineda, Abdul Raman, Saviour Ramos, and Faye Lorenzo.
Watch the world premiere of AraBella sa March 6, 3:20 p.m., on GMA Afternoon Prime after ng Abot-Kamay na Pangarap.
