What are some of the benefits of doing prenatal pilates?
According to a piece posted in themumandbabycentre.com, prenatal pilates helps you to strengthen your core and gluteal muscles, reduces back pain, maintain a healthy weight, and it is a good way to relax and it speeds up recovery post-partum.
Mommy Sheena also reminded her fellow preggy moms to always feel confident and stop worrying too much.
She said, “Hi preggy mommies! Today is another day! We are blessed! Breathe and let go of all your worries. Fears about the unknown is normal but always remember our bodies already know what to do.
“Choose to trust! Always be confident, be real, and feel beautiful! Much love for you girls! We can do this!”
Sheena married lawyer Jeron Manzanero in February 2020, and on June 13, the Kapuso actress announced to the public that she is pregnant. Mid July, the couple confirmed the gender of their baby.
