Sheena Halili proudly showed off her baby bump in a series of photos she posted on Instagram Thursday, July 23.
Clad in workout clothes, the pregnant actress looked effortlessly blooming as she posed for the camera.
In the caption, Sheena said "Hello" to her baby girl.
In her Instagram Stories, the Kapuso star shared that she takes prenatal Pilates, hence the gym wear, to cope with carrying the extra weight of her growing tummy.
Many pregnant women have sworn by the benefits of Pilates because it strengthens and stretches their core muscles, builds balance and stamina, and can help them to have easier labor.
Since it is a low-impact workout, Pilates is safe to practice during pregnancy.
Sheena and her lawyer husband, Jeron Manzanero, first announced her pregnancy on June 13, just four months after they tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony held in Quezon City.
