In a random Instagram post, the Love You Two actress expressed her gratitude for her soon-to-be-husband, Atty. Jeron Manzanero.

Sheena said, "Wala lang! Gusto lang kitang pasalamatan sa pagmamahal at sa lahat ng ginagawa mo para sa akin, para sa atin, sa future naten. Let's be happy, healthy, and whateber!"
She, then, joked, "Tatandaan mo napaka blessed mo, grabe love sa'yo ni Lord dahil ang ganda at ang bait-bait ng mapapangasawa mo! #walangpressure."
She also added, "Sisiw lahat basta magkasama at kampi tayo! Goodnight, Jeronimo [heart emoji]."
Jeron asked for Sheena's hand in marriage last August 2018 while they were at a movie house in Greenhills.
