SHINee's Taemin is making a solo comeback this October!

After a hiatus of two years, SHINee's Taemin is gearing up to release a brand-new solo album!

On October 9, the "Ace of Aces" announced his return to the music scene with his fourth mini-album, Guilty, which is set to drop on October 30 at 6:00 p.m. KST.

Guilty consists of six tracks, including the title track with the same name. Pre-orders for the album will be available today, October 10, at various online and offline record stores.

Following the announcement, fans expressed their excitement for the kind of music Taemin will show on his upcoming album.

As of writing, the hashtag "SHINee" is trending on X (formerly Twitter) with over 46,000 tweets.

Meanwhile, Taemin is set to perform in Manila for the first time as a soloist at the "K-Magic Live" concert happening this Friday, October 13 at the Mall of Asia Arena, along with Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon and GOT7's Yugyeom.

Taemin debuted as the maknae (youngest member) and main dancer of contemporary K-pop group SHINee on May 25, 2008. He released his first solo track “Danger” in 2014, becoming SM Entertainment's first soloist from an active idol group.

He released his third mini album Advice' as well as SHINee's seventh full album Don't Call Me, the repackaged version Atlantis, and the Japanese album SUPERSTAR, before enlisting in the military on May 31, 2021. He was discharged on April 4, 2023.
