KC Concepcion took her sister Sam Concepcion on a Pilates date.
Actress and entrepreneur KC Concepcion and her younger sister Sam Concepcion continue to bond on their sister dates.
Their outing served two purposes--spending time with each other and taking steps to improve their fitness.

KC recently took Sam to one of her Pilates sessions.
On her Instagram account, KC posted some mirror selfies that she and Sam took at the studio.
She also shared a short video showing her progress in Pilates.
"Sister dates forever @thesamanthaconcepcion," she wrote in the caption of her post.
Prior to this, KC and Sam also attended a football game together.
They watched the Azkals Celebrity Cup, a friendly game in support of the Philippines' campaign in the upcoming Asia 7's Championships.
KC's attendance in the match fueled speculations that she and ex-boyfriend Aly Borromeo have gotten back together.
Aly, who was previously part of the Philippines national football team, was also in the event as one of the celebrity players.
KC and Aly started dating in 2016 but broke up in 2018.
Meanwhile, KC has recently rediscovered her love for Pilates as she makes a conscious effort to work on her fitness again.
Last September, she also took another one of her sisters, Garie, on a Pilates date.
