The couple has parted ways after a year and a half of dating.
Real-life couple Kim Bo-ra and Jo Byeong-gyu, have called it quits a year and a half after announcing their relationship.
News of their updated status broke out on August 3 after a news outlet said that two K-drama actors have decided to part ways.
In response, Kim Bo-ra's agency wrote, "The two grew apart and they recently broke up.
"They have returned to being good acquaintances."
Jo Byeong-gyu's agency also stated that the separation was due to their busy schedules.

The two were seen together on a date looking close and very affectionate towards each other.
Although they denied the rumors, both of the actors' agencies confirmed the relationship.
Kim Bo-ra's agency stated on February 21, "After checking with Kim Bo-ra, we learned that she began dating Jo Byeong-gyu at the beginning of this month."
