Senator Risa Hontiveros delighted supporters with another "WinRi" moment after sharing a cheerful photo with Senator Win Gatchalian on social media on Monday.
The snapshot was taken during the opening of the Second Regular Session of the 20th Congress, showing the two lawmakers smiling for the camera while making finger-heart gestures on the Senate floor.
For the occasion, Risa exuded elegance in a blue-gray terno by designer Jo Rubio, while Win donned an embroidered Barong Tagalog, making for a polished and stylish appearance ahead of the day's proceedings.
Greeting their supporters, Risa captioned the post: "Hi Winners & WinRi Neyshun! Hello mula sa akin & SP Win Gatchalian," while tagging her fellow senator.

Later in the day, Hontiveros and Gatchalian joined fellow lawmakers and government officials at President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s penultimate State of the Nation Address (SONA), one of the country's most anticipated annual political events.
