For the occasion, Risa exuded elegance in a blue-gray terno by designer Jo Rubio, while Win donned an embroidered Barong Tagalog, making for a polished and stylish appearance ahead of the day's proceedings.
Greeting their supporters, Risa captioned the post: "Hi Winners & WinRi Neyshun! Hello mula sa akin & SP Win Gatchalian," while tagging her fellow senator.
