Sparkle GMA Artist Center: “Don't be fooled by fake news.”

Sparkle GMA Artist Center has spoken up about the recently released news by local news platform Bilyonaryo News Channel on Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista.

According to the controversial story, Heart Evangelista was “quietly dropped” by the brands FitFlop and Tiger Balm.

It was released on Friday, September 26, by an unnamed author of Bilyonaryo News Channel.

“FAKE NEWS ALERT! THIS IS NOT TRUE!” Sparkle wrote online.

Some of the excerpts from the article read: “After netizens spotted that FitFlop Philippines had quietly scrubbed Instagram posts featuring Evangelista, Tiger Balm Philippines appears to have followed suit.”

“Images that once showed the actress as an endorser have disappeared from the brand's feed--if they were ever there at all,” the news platform added.

In the same Instagram post, Sparkle GMA Artist Center reminded the public about fake news and vigilance when consuming online news.

“Don't be fooled by fake news!” Sparkle wrote. “Always be vigilant when reading articles online.”
