Sparkle has announced that Jessica Villarubin will not be joining the Sparkle World Tour 2025.
The official announcement was shared today, August 15, on Sparkle's social media. Sparkle stated that Jessica cannot participate due to a family emergency.

"Sparkle GMA Artist Center regrets to inform the public that Jessica Villarubin will be unable to participate in the upcoming international tour for Taste of Manila and the Sparkle Tour Canada due to a family emergency."
Sparkle announced that Pepita Curtis will replace Jessica for the upcoming Sparkle World Tour 2025.
"In light of this, fellow Sparkle artist Pepita Curtis will be joining the tour as her replacement.
We sincerely wish Jessica and her family well during this time, and we thank everyone for their continued support and understanding."
Sparkle has released an updated poster for their show in Toronto, Canada. The Kapuso performers for the event on August 16 and 17 will be Ruru Madrid, Kyline Alcantara, Aiai Delas Alas, and Pepita Curtis. This event is in partnership with Taste of Manila..
The Sparkle World Tour will continue from August 29 to September 1 at Eau Claire Park in Calgary, in partnership with Fiesta Filipino. GMA Pinoy TV, celebrating its 20th anniversary, is the proud media partner for the 2025 Sparkle World Tour.
