
The GMA executives gathered to discuss the menu for the much-anticipated GMA Gala 2025.
The biggest stars and personalities are expected to attend showcasing their best looks for GMA Gala 2025 on August 2, 2025.
Present at the food tasting for the GMA Gala 2025 were GMA Network Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, Sparkle First Vice President Joy Marcelo, and Sparkle consultant Law Tan.
Chef Meik Brammer, the head chef of Marriott Hotel Manila, discussed the food preparation for the event. The menu for GMA Gala 2025 includes Sustainable Tiger Prawn as the appetizer, Blue Pea Flower Tea and Porcini Mushroom for the soup, Char Grilled Cargill Beef Tenderloin Au Poivre Vert as the main course, and Rose Garden for dessert.
Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes discussed how the GMA Gala 2025 menu differs from previous years. She said, "It's different, because for the first two galas, we had the same soup, we had the same main course, so we wanted to have something different."
The Kapuso executive added, "Ngayon, I think it's very good. Mas bagay sa mga actors and actresses kasi the soup is lighter yet just as flavorful. If they're still hungry I think the main course really make them full kasi ang bigat. I think magiging masaya ang ating guests for this year."
For the overall rating, the Kapuso executives gave the menu a perfect score for this year.
