Hollywood actor Andrew Garfield, who played one of the most popular and enduring characters in the Marvel cinematic universe, got to watch Alex Eala as she defeated the Wimbledon defending champion Iga Swiatek in the Round of 32.
In an interview with British Vogue on Instagram, Andrew Garfield even described the promising athlete as an 'inspiration.'
“It's one of those special moments you get to share with an athlete who's just beginning on her journey,”
“And it was really kind of inspiring, actually.”
