Dingdong and Marian attend VP Leni Robredo's inauguration this morning.

Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera attended the inauguration of Vice President Leni Robredo at the Quezon City Reception House earlier today, June 30.

After the ceremony, Marian took to Instagram (IG) her well-wishes for the challenging journey that Robredo will take on in the next six years.
 
“Ipagdarasal ko na magampanan niyo po nang ayon sa iyong ninanais, at higit pa, ang inyong tungkulin bilang aming Pangalawang Pangulo,” she wrote.

During Robredo’s campaign, the Kapuso Royal Primetime couple have expressed full support for her candidacy.

 

On May 9, I join the appeal of 54.6 Million voters to protect the future of this country by supporting the candidacy of leaders whom we think deserve to be at the forefront of development (in this elections or the next). I may just be a drop in the ocean that is the 2016 Philippine Elections but in my humble perception of the situation, coupled with my deep recognition of whatever He throws my way, this is how I choose to contribute to the next "big event". Hindi lang dahil siya rin ang napili ng aking asawa, maging ng marami kong kaibigan at kakilala, kundi dahil kinakitaan ko sya ng sinceridad, integridad, kakayahang mamuno at maglingkod lalo na sa mga kababaihan at manggagawa na nasa laylayan ng lipunan.
