StarStruck Season 4 Avenger Stef Prescott (or Stefany Marisa Prescott in real life) remembered on Instagram the injury that she suffered that would forever change her life.

In her Instagram post, Stef made the life-changing decision on focusing on her health and well-being when she broke her ankle in February 2020.

The former actress described this moment as her “biggest blessings.”

She posted, “In February 2020, I broke my ankle. It ended up being one of my biggest BLESSINGS. What if you could change your struggles into learning? You would never fail.”

“Shout out to the best Orthopedic Surgeon, Doctor Wowie Yap!” she added.

Stef had a remarkable fitness journey. In fact, in her update last July 2020, a few months after her ankle surgery, she already shed at least 50 lbs of extra weight.

“I've learned so much in the past 3 months, a ton about myself and my strengths and weaknesses. God has guided and given me strength. If you feel stuck or hopeless, don't give up. Continue pushing yourself and continue forgiving yourself,” Stef shared.

She already has two children with her husband JP Yap: Ethan Zachary or EZ and Elijah.
