StarStruck alumni Nadine Samonte, Katrina Halili, and Jade Lopez gave some pieces of advice for first-time moms navigating through motherhood.

In an exclusive video by ATM (Adventure. Taste. Moments), the celebrity moms highlighted the importance of taking care of oneself.

Nadine said to not forget about yourself and to eat, especially when breastfeeding. Katrina likewise reminded moms to take vitamins and supplements.

Jade, meanwhile, emphasized the importance of having alone time every now and then.

"Siyempre minsan nakaka-guilty, pero okay lang 'yun, para mag-unwind tayo and para mabigay natin yung best para sa kanila," she said.

Nadine and Jade also said to enjoy the growing-up journey of your baby, as time really flies.

For Katrina, it is good to talk to other mothers about their different experiences, as well as read books or articles online about pregnancy and motherhood.

To conclude, Jade noted that it is also important to spend time with your partner.
