After rising to fame from the Korean drama Start-Up, actor Kim Seon-ho is having a global virtual fan meeting for the very first time.

Dubbed as “Kim Seon-ho's Favorite,” the online fan meet will be held on January 17 (7 P.M Philippine time) through TikTok Stage Connect.

The online fan meeting will showcase various sides of Kim Seon-ho, including his thoughts on the success of Start-Up and some behind-the-scenes moments from the drama, fans can also play a telepathy game to guess Seon-ho's preferences.

Additionally, the actor will also grant fans' wishes during the event.

There will also be pre-events on TikTok's event page, where fans can submit requests and questions for Kim Seon-ho.

The pre-event shall air globally, with participants from different Asian countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan and Korea.

John Castro, user and content operations manager of TikTok Philippines said in a press statement, “As a short-form video app with a mission to spread creativity and bring joy, we hope to continue to provide opportunities for global fans and artists to connect on the platform,”

Kim Seon-ho played the role of Han Ji-pyeong in the drama, which is his breakthrough role that led to his popularity all over Asia. His boy-next-door charms and role as Han Ji-yeong paved the way for him being labelled as "good boy."

Netflix Philippines shared a video of Kim Seon-ho's message for his Filipino fans, following the success of Start-Up.

“I'll be reading your words of support and love today, the comments were really witty and fun.

"I think many of you feel bad and sympathize with him, so thank you so much, Filipino fans.

"I'm so happy you love Ji-pyeong. Let's meet if we can, thank you,” he said in the video.

Currently, he is reported to be playing the lead role in an upcoming drama called Mr. Hong, along with Korean actress Shin Min-ah.
