Recently, the Kapuso prized talent celebrated a huge milestone on Twitter after he reached over 5 million followers in the social media site.

But seven years ago, when Alden was just a new face in showbiz, he only had about 1,000 followers on Twitter then.
One of Alden’s avid fans posted a screenshot of the tweet of the Pambansang Bae on February 2011, when he tweeted his appreciation for his followers.
In 2011, the Kapuso actor bagged the lead role in ‘Alakdana’ that earned him the Golden Screen TV Award for Outstanding Breakthrough Performance by an Actor in the same year.
