Everyday stress and work can take a toll on your natural beauty. In the midst of having a busy schedule, how can you maintain your fierceness and fitness? Fret no more, girl, because even at the convenience of your own home, being pretty and sexy is absolutely achievable.

When it comes to the business of beauty, no one does it better than GMA’s lovely leading ladies.

What are their beauty secrets?

The flawless Kylie Padilla makes her own body scrub out of ingredients that could be found in the kitchen. She swears by a homemade scrub made of honey, oatmeal and brown sugar. This keeps her skin soft and supple.

To stay in shape, Kylie only eats rice once a day and avoids eating after 6 pm. She also makes sure to practice Muay Thai when time permits.

Multi-platinum award-winning singer, Julie Anne San Jose swears by the moisturizing powers of milk. To relax, she soaks herself in milk for 30 to 40 minutes. It keeps her skin smooth and glowing.

For Carla Abellana and Lovi Poe, staying beautiful means staying fit, which is why it is important to sweat it out. If they have no time to hit the gym, they make do with working out at home.

Carla shared to Balitanghali, “There are so many home exercises that you can do. You can buy your own gym equipment. Jogging, puwede, around the village.”

“The most important is hindi lang siya nagpapaganda ng figure. It also releases endorphins, so that will make you happy and happy girls are the prettiest,” declared Lovi.

Smile, work it and stay fab, Kapuso ladies!
