Jackie Forster to fellow mom Stef: “You are awesome and amazing Stef! Always remember that!“
Stef Prescott continues to spread positivity online by sharing her incredible fitness journey in order to inspire people to focus on their health.
In her Instagram post last Monday, February 8, the former StarStruck finalist uploaded a before and after mirror selfie at the gym.
Many netizens and celebrities were in disbelief on how much weight Stef lost in the past months.
She wrote in the caption some of the positive outcomes of her weight loss journey.
Stef posted, “Same @afholyspirit bathroom, same me, just more happy. The crazy thing is being happier has the least to do with how I look. It's how I FEEL. Waking up with enough energy to be the best mom, wife, business owner, servant of God that I can be.
“It's not feeling pain in my joints. It's not getting anxiety about my health and if I'm going to make it to when my children start families of their own. Physically you can see how I've changed, but it's how I've changed inside that has been the most drastic.”
The celebrity mom also thanked her husband, nutritionist and body builder JP Yap for supporting her in her fitness journey.
“Shout out to my husband @jpyap for giving me the tough love that I need, and for being my biggest supporter”
Fellow momm, Jackie Forster, commented on the amazing transformation of Stef. She posted, “You are awesome and amazing Stef! Always remember that! Your kids should be so proud that you get to be their mommy. Keep it up! [You're] an inspiration.”
Fellow StarStruck alumna Kris Bernal and Kapamilya talent Vin Abrenica also praised Stef for all her hard work to achieve her goal.
In a separate Instagram post, Stef revealed that she loves posting before and after photos to keep herself motivated and to encourage others as well to stay fit.
“Would this even be my instagram without my fave before and afters? I love posting these to not only motivate myself, but to motivate you! No matter what your circumstances are, you can always make healthy decisions for yourself physically and mentally.”
Stef competed in StarStruck: The Next Level in 2006. Her batchmates were Kris Bernal, Aljur Abrenica, Jewel Mische, Mart Escudero, Rich Asuncion, and Prince Stefan.
She also competed in the reality show Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Doubles Showdown.
