Ito ang caption ng isang Instagram post ng Kapuso actress na si Stephanie Sol, referring to her latest fitness routine, ang #projectStephFITup. Nasundan pa ito ng isa pang photo na may caption na "This is what my body looks like today. Let's see how it will transform throughout #projectStephFITup. It looks fine but it isn't my dream body and definitely not target fitness level."

Kaya inusisa ng GMANetwork.com sa More Than Words star kung bakit niya naisipang gawin ito.

"Tina-try ko lang ulit bumalik sa pagtakbo para bumalik 'yung endurance and strength ko. Kasi feeling ko naging weak ako, kasi sa More Than Words, kaysa mag-workout ako, mas gugustuhin kong matulog tapos food is my best friend," patawang paliwanag ng aktres.

Bukod sa pagtakbo ay active din si Steph sa pag-akyat ng bundok.

Dalawang linggo na ang nakaraan mula nang simulan niya ang #projectStephFITup. Mas mabilis na raw ang takbo niya compared to before, but she reveals that she is still struggling with her diet.

"Doon talaga ako nagsa-struggle sa diet part kasi mahilig talaga ako kumakain. Nalulungkot ako kapag hindi ako nakakakain, na kapag nag-no ako sa food na alam kong masarap, parang ang lungkot. Kahit alam kong maraming calories."

Nevertheless, this dilemma is not stopping her from achieving her goal - to finish a 21K run.

"Goal ko na sana this year makatakbo ako ng 21K. Kasi 10K lang natakbo ko sa mga marathon. 'Yun pa lang naman. Gusto ko lang din mabalik ang dati kong body fat percentage, kasi parang nag-increase siya. Bumalik siya sa before ako nag-workout. Daily improvement lang."
