TV-movie actress Sue Ramirez is heartbroken over the death of her dearest mother Concepcion “Mommy Chit” Garina.

In a series of posts via Instagram Story, Sue posted a photo with her late mom with the caption, “Mahal na mahal na mahal kita.”

Sue also posted a video while inside the car. She then wrote a short caption saying that just like her, the sky is also mourning.

Back in January, the actress asked for everyone's prayers for the recovery of her Mommy Chit, who underwent an open heart surgery.

Meanwhile, Negros Occidental third district representative Javi Benitez, the ex-boyfriend of Sue, also paid tribute to Mommy Chit.

The young congressman shared a screenshot of a private conversation with Mommy Chit. He then remembered some of her best qualities.

Javi stated, “This is how I will remember Mommy Chit... flowers in her arms, that radiant smile, beautiful and completely herself. Make no mistake, she was not soft. She had strong opinions and stronger principles, and she fought for the Filipino worker like it was personal. So when she smiled at you like this, you knew you mattered. I brought her flowers whenever I could. She always gave back more.

He continued, “A daughter of Sipalay, Negros Occidental. My deepest condolences and prayers to her loved ones. Salamat sa imo kabuhi nga ginhalad para sa mga mamumugon.”
