Take a break from the summer heat with a refreshing glass of Tanglad-Basil Tea with honey.


Procedure:

1. Boil water in a saucepan. Once boiling, place the tanglad and basil. Turn off heat and let it steep for 30 minutes and allow it to cool.
2. Strain cooled tea into a pitcher and stir in the honey.  Serve with ice and garnish with lime.
