Sunshine Cruz on her late father Danny: “Mana ang mga apo sa'yo Papa.”
It is a bittersweet moment today (September 8) for versatile actress Sunshine Cruz since it is the birthday of her late dad, Danny Cruz.
Sunshine's late father is the sibling of the mother of Kapuso actors Rayver and Rodjun Cruz named Beth.
In a series of post via Instagram Story, Sunshine posted some throwback photos of Papa Danny. She wrote in one of her captions, “Happy Birthday in heaven, Papa ko. I miss you so much papa.”
In another photo, she captioned it saying, “Hope you're still here with us Papa para nakita at narinig mo ang mga boses ng mga apo mo, but I know you are in a better place now.”
“Mana ang mga apo sa'yo Papa. Mahusay sila kumanta. I miss you and I love you! Thank you for being our guardian angel.”
Sunshine has three children with her ex-husband Cesar Montano named Samantha, Angelina, and Chesca.
And she is currently in a relationship with San Juan city councilor Macky Mathay.
