Sunshine Dizon is putting on a brave face as she honors her late father Isagani Dizon.

Sunshine posted several photos, one with her older brother Samuel and a few with her daughter Doreen.

Sunshine felt a whirlwind of emotions as she attended her daughter's graduation followed by her father's inurnment ceremony on April 29. She wrote, "Bittersweet day for me. I attended Doreen's graduation while watching Papa's inurnment via Zoom. Thanking the heavens for the moderate traffic that allowed us to join the family for lunch on time."

"I will never get over this loss, but somehow, I am comforted, knowing Papa is now resting with Lola Ched and Lolo Sonny. I love you, Papa. Please watch over us and hug Lola Ched and Lolo Sonny for us."

The Mga Lihim ni Urduja actress added a message for her father, remembering his guidance as the head of the family.

"Thank you Papa for the 70 years of your life that you have shared with us. Your love and devotion to your family, children and your kindness to your friends will never be forgotten."

"After hearing all the stories from our family, relatives and your friends I realized that your main language of love is acts of service. You have blessed the lives of countless people and made a lasting impact."

"Your legacy is one of love, kindness, and generosity, and it's a legacy that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved you."

She concluded her post, declaring herself as a forever daddy's girl. "Rest in love, light and peace. Know that no matter how old I get I will always be your little girl, my Papa's girl. I love you Papa."
