Sunshine Dizon


Since starting her showbiz career in the variety show 'That's Entertainment,' Sunshine Dizon has remained a very loyal Kapuso.

Although she already appeared in films before joining GMA Network as a teen star, Sunshine Dizon has been loyal to the network since the 1990s.

Sunshine starred in the original Anna Karenina aired in 1996 alongside then-teen stars Antoinette Taus and Kim delos Santos.

In celebration of GMA Network's 70th anniversary, Sunshine revealed what was her proudest moment in her 20-year stay in the network.

“My proudest moment would be that I have been a part of GMA for more than 20 years and that I am still here, to this day, to witness their 70th anniversary,” Sunshine revealed.

As a Kapuso of more than 20 years, Sunshine also shared her thoughts about what it means to be a Kapuso.

“It means that I am part of a company that values me not only as an actor but also as an individual.

“And that I have a home wherein I can hone my talents and share it with others.”

Sunshine starred in the afternoon show Magkaagaw which was temporarily halted because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
