Couple Lovely Abella and Benj Manalo bring the fun and the laughter on YouTube last Tuesday, June 30, when they took on the English language challenge courtesy of Sunshine Dizon's kids, Doreen and Anton Tan.

In the video, the Magkaagaw star's children took turns giving simple English words like “hallway,” “museum,” “corridor,” “sun,” and “rosary” to Lovely and Benj via video call.

At first, the couple was having difficulty placing the words in complete sentences that led to Doreen and Anton schooling them on how to add articles like “the,” “a,” and “an.”

Benj confessed, “'Cause before when I was studying, I was not listening to my teacher in English. So don't do that [Doreen and Anton]! You [should] always study hard.

“Cause me, before, when my teacher is speaking in front of the class I'm just sleeping [in the corner]. So don't do that.”

After succeeding with the English terms, the tables were then turned leading to Lovely and Benj teaching Sunshine's kids a few Tagalog words such as “mapagmahal,” ”aalis,” “sumasampalataya,” “hatid,” “mikropono,” and “kinakabahan.”

By the end of the video, Lovely thanked the kids by saying, “Anton and Doreen, thank you for spending your time with us and for teaching us how to speak English or how to use that word in a sentence.”

Benj added, “And plus, Anton and Doreen, it's very helpful for us because now we understand… or I understand how to use the 'a' and 'an.' That's amazing!”
