Well, K-pop fans, the rumors circulating are untrue.
In a report by Korean entertainment site Soompi, the photo of Taecyeon and his girlfriend taken at the Eiffel Tower in Paris that is circulating online is not a marriage proposal.
The said photo has already been deleted according to the article.
Taecyeon's agency 51K also issued a statement to correct the misinformation.
The agency stated, “Those photos were not taken as part of a marriage proposal.”
“The photos, which were taken last year to celebrate his girlfriend's birthday were unfortunately leaked and spread across online communities.”

“He is continuing to have a good relationship with his girlfriend, as he always has. While we believe that he may get married someday when the timing is right, there are no immediate plans for marriage at this time.”
Aside from his K-pop idol career, Taecyeon also successfully transitioned into the world of acting and have been part of K-drama series like Dream High and Vincenzo.
